I’ve known Tupperware since I was a child when my parents were already Distributors in north eastern Spain. It was only by chance that I decided to start my own career in Tupperware when I was 24 years old. Back then I felt insecure and afraid and with little hope for success. I believed that being a Distributor’s daughter was a handicap for me. Everyone believed that in my position it would be easier and I would do it better than others. Perhaps that was in fact why I made the extra effort to give be an example and discovered how fulfilling my work was. I felt really happy!!
Perhaps the turning point arrived when I realized my work was no longer something to do for leisure but a job to develop into a real Tupperware career opportunity. My aim has always been to do it better, to overcome my fears and to fight for my dreams….to become a Tupperware Distributor.
Today I can proudly say that I live my life passionately, surrounded by wonderful people to whom I am also helping change their lives. Now my husband has become my greatest supporter in this job and we both share and enjoy the great pleasures it provides both of us.
The past eight years with Tupperware have contributed to my personal and professional development. I have broken my own barriers and I have achieved a stable future where a well done job is valued. There is a motto/proverb that I really like: “Those who stop moving can never win and those who win, they never stop moving”. It is essential to be positive, not to give up and be constant; and above all, you must enjoy your work to be happy.
I will never forget those people that helped me by believing in me and trusting me. They gave me the strength to face new challenges in Tupperware. It is thanks to them that I am here today.
