Chain of Confidence invites women to share in the immeasurable rewards of self-confidence and ensures the next generation of women will benefit from this knowledge. Women connecting with one another creates an extraordinary source of strength, enabling them to feel confident in themselves, secure in their ability to succeed, empowered to make their voices heard and motivated to continually strive for greater achievements. Tupperware Brands' Chain of Confidence honors women around the world, and the profound, life altering impact that they can have on one another. The campaign celebrates the powerful bonds of friendship that connect women together and significantly shape who they are and who they have the potential to become. There are many issues and challenges facing women and girls around the globe, and by coming together we can help resolve challenges in our neighborhoods and across continents.

The Tupperware Brands community across the globe is doing what it can to participate in the Chain of Confidence movement. In North America, Tupperware US & Canada has partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America's SMART Girls program and Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada′s Take It E.A.S.Y. program. These programs are designed to guide young girls to make smart choices for their future and help them discover the best in themselves. Nutrimetics Australia is a founding member of Look Good…. Feel Better, a community service program that restores the confidence and self-esteem of women undergoing cancer treatment. Tupperware CIS, UNICEF & Nastenka Foundation, a local charity, are partnering to help families stay together through tough times and provide a supportive network for women and girls. Tupperware India′s holistic approach to sustainable development for women and girls relies on partnerships with local and international social service, education and healthcare organizations such as Literacy India and World Vision. Tupperware Mexico′s Mujeres por las Mujeres initiative and Fundación Origen offer Tupperware sales force members professional advice and counsel on domestic, legal and health-related issues via a dedicated 800 national help line.
