I met Carson 5yrs ago when she started her Tupper journey in GA. We got friendlier when I got pregnant. But then she moved to TX & that's when things changed. She had to start over; meeting people 1 by 1 she restarted & even went through DIQ. But the whole time she treated her business like she was already an Executive Director. Holding Rally's once a month with her Husband right at her side. Holding Recruiting events for her & her teammates potentials. She also held 2-3 parties a week. What inspires me most is through all this not only did she show everyone what she could do she still held my hand everyday. I was also going through my journey, I had major surgery & other struggles but even from 800+ miles away, Home Schooling her 2 boys, keeping her Tupperware business going & all we talked every day. She has inspired me, grounded me, loved me & cared for me unconditionally all this time. She has helped me see the world a whole NEW way. For that reason I want to nominate Carson Weir. She is loyal to those in her world, she is caring & supportive. Her smile lightens up anyone & everyone who is even remotely near her. Her laughter is contagious to the point of pee in your pants funny. Oh & 5 years later with 800+ miles between us, we are BOTH Directors. We're now on a personal journey together losing weight & getting our health back. We have lost together over 100+ pounds & there is no stopping us. She has given me confidence & I am honored to be a friend.
